He was a lawyer and politician. He devoted his life to the Political rights of the Muslims in the Sub-continent. This article deals with the role of Jinnah as a constitutional expert from 1905 to 1935A.D, defending Muslims of sub-continent in the field of constitutional reforms. This article will prove that he did religious based politics to protect the rights of Muslims on the basis of Two Nation Theory and have defended causes of Muslims by protecting the entity of Muslim Nationalism in the British India. Many constitutional reforms were put forward and Jinnah was the sole figure who not only fought for the rights of Muslims but also proposed certain impeachments in the newly reforms or discarded reforms those contrary to the Muslims. We need to follow his footprints on constitutional and political lines for Political stability and National solidarity.
