SUBEMPLEO E INFORMALIDAD VARIABLES QUE INCIDEN EN EL BIENESTAR DESDE EL CONTEXTO COLOMBIANO Resumen: En el presente artículo se abordarán variables del mercado laboral en Colombia, como lo son el subempleo y la informalidad, como elementos que inciden en aquella búsqueda del bienestar de las personas, planteando un análisis desde las variables riesgo, toma de decisiones, ingreso y educación contextualizadas desde la situación de Colombia, para definir cómo estas variables influyen en la decisión de mantenerse o incorporarse en el subempleo o la informalidad en una persona, por no encontrar otra opción en el mercado laboral diferente junto con la obligación de suplir sus propias necesidades y las de su familia, para finalmente realizar un análisis del cómo se relaciona el bienestar con las condiciones laborales en Colombia enmarcado en el punto de vista del subempleo e informalidad. Abstract: This article will address labour market variables in Colombia, such as underemployment and informality, as elements that influence the search for the well- being of individuals, by proposing an analysis from risk variables, decision-making, income and education contextualized from the situation in Colombia, to define how these variables influence the decision to maintain or integrate into underemployment or informality in a person, for not finding a different option in the labour market together with the obligation to provide for their own needs and those of their family, to finally carry out an analysis of how well-being relates to working conditions in Colombia from the point of view of underemployment and informality.
