This study incorporated the Kano model to analyze student needs and satisfactions for the purpose of enhancing learning environment through identifying ways to improve student satisfaction. Proposed durable classroom furniture designs were identified according to student needs thereby enhancing the satisfaction level. The forces field analysis outcome suggested pursuit of the new furniture design. Currently, he is doing his research on quality improvement, engineering decision analysis and supply chain management. He has merit order scholarship from Nasir Group and Kushtia District Council because of excellent performance in SSC. Mustafizur Rahman- Mustafizur Rahman is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at Jessore University of Science and Technology (JUST), Bangladesh. He received his B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET) in 2014. His research interests are mainly Supply Chain areas like Supply chain modeling, Green supply chain, quality control & process optimization and New Product Development (NPD). Daniel Adrian Doss - Dr. Doss is an associate professor and former MBA program director at the University of West Alabama. His research interests include information systems, engineering management, and systems analysis.
