Spencer GPat Patterson (they/them) is an Assistant Professor of English and LGBT Studies Coordinator at Kent State University Tuscarawas. G’s research interests include curriculum development, rhetorics of social justice, queer rhetorics, and transgender studies. Their scholarship has been featured in Constellations, Journal of LGBT Youth, Queer Media Studies in Popular Culture, Women & Language, Journal of Multimodal Rhetorics. Their work also appears in three other edited collections focusing on contemporary rhetorics. Finally, alongside their esteemed compatriot, K.J.
