Bu çalışmanın amacı, göçmen çocuğun eğitim hakkının uluslararası sözleşmelerde ne şekilde yorumlandığının, bu çerçevede hangi değer ve ilkelerin temel alındığının, bunların eğitim alanında karşılaşılan so- runlara adil çözümler getirmeye elverişli olup olmadığının tespiti, değerlendirilmesi ve belirlenen sorunlu alanlar yönünden çözüm önerileri getirilmesidir. This study is to explain the acknowledged contentand scope of the immigrant childs right to education, identify and evaluate how the right to education for immigration children has been interpreted by the ECHR, in this context, which values and principles have been used in that interpretation, whether such values and principles are appropriate or not to produce fair solutions to the problems encountered in the feld of immigration children education and fnally to make recommendations relating to said problematic areas.
