Series-parallel connected SMFCs charges the super capacitor at a faster rate. Charged super capacitor provides a sustained input voltage to the boost converter. Voltage boosted successfully from 2.76-4.50 V to 13.5 V for charging a battery (12 V). The DC voltage is converted into alternating current with the help of inverter circuit to power AC load (LED bulb). Abstract This paper presents an innovative method for green energy generation by sediment microbial fuel cell (SMFC). SMFC has low output voltage and current, which can be extended for Outline Download Share Export
