Objective: To draw attention towards quantum leadership examining the paradigm of quantum leadership in organizations through literature review and preliminary study of quantum leadership in Malaysia context. Data sources: Searching is done through major databases like SCOPUS, Web of Science, ProQuest, Dimension.ai, Science Direct, ERIC, Ebscohost, Google Scholar, and DOAJ. Study selection: Any related articles which consist of quantum leadership and quantum leader in the organization or corporate perspective by the authors using search string in the databases. Methodology: A qualitative research approach is conducted in the preliminary study to attain an overview of quantum leadership style in organizations. Findings: Quantum leadership is a novel leadership approach for the business organizations to cope with the global challenges. Feedback from the respondents added that being adaptive and flexible are some of the qualities presumed in a quantum leader within a complex environment. Limitation: There is scant research study on quantum leadership in Malaysia context and limitation keeping up with new knowledge to influence the trajectory of change in industry. Conclusions & Recommendation: Organizations management will see many parallels between the science and systems while future exploration may consider whether quantum
