LA PEDAGOGÍA CRÍTICA COMO PROPUESTA INNOVADORA EN EL INSTITUTO TÉCNICO ECUMÉNICO ANDINO DE TEOLOGÍA José Edsson Barrero Ticona 1 RESUMEN Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación realizada en el Instituto Técnico Ecuménico Andino de Teología, ubicada en la ciudad de La Paz, en el cual se aborda la necesidad de revalorar los aportes de la Pedagogía crítica como propuesta innovadora y su potencial contribución a la resignificación de la educación teológica. Con ello se pretende potenciar el pensamiento crítico de los docentes y generar en los estudiantes una mejor forma de planteamiento y resolución de problemas en el contexto religioso. Se considera en este estudio que la resolución de estos problemas debe darse a partir de la formación teológica, mediante la propuesta de un modelo educativo basado en la Pedagogía crítica, para optimizar el desempeño académico en la institución, con el fin de desarrollar el intelecto de sus estudiantes, para que sean creadores de su propio conocimiento y mejorar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. SUMMARY This article presents the results of an investigation carried out at the Andean Ecumenical Technical Institute of Theology, located in the city of La Paz, in which the need to reassess the contributions of critical pedagogy as an innovative proposal and its potential contribution to resignification of theological education. This is intended to enhance the critical thinking of teachers and generate in students a better way of approaching and solving problems in the religious context. It is considered in this study that the resolution of these problems should take place from the theological formation, through the proposal of an educational model based on critical pedagogy, to optimize academic performance in the institution, in order to develop the intellect of their students, so that they are creators of their own knowledge and improve the teaching-learning process.
