ABSTRACT
In this paper for selected 3D printed ultra-connected bio-sourced tire design, a
modeling method and findings of Finite Element Method simulations are presented. In
addition, this paper introduces a new concept of ultra-connected airless tire. The airless
tire 3D printed air concept is used in place of synthetic rubber in tread and polyester
instead of nylon in the carcass to replace natural rubber materials. A popular
hyperplastic rubber constitutive model has been implemented to describe mechanical
properties for tire components. Static radial deflection testing was performed and the
influence of internal geometry of the structure was investigated in terms of vertical
displacement of the rim, shape of deformation and pressure of contact. Results were
compared from all checked tires. Stress distribution within the field of internal tire
structures has been studied and performed for all checked conceptions. Comparing with
pneumatic tire, the design and material analysis of different air types less tyre is
completed. A brief structural study was carried out and examined on airless tyre spokes.

1. INTRODUCTION
Airless tires or non-pneumatic tires are the tires not protected by atmospheric pressure. Such
tires are classified as airless or non-pneumatic tires which could be a combination of tire and
wheel terms. This is because a traditional wheel hub assembly is not used by the airless.
Originally, the airless building was announced. The structure can be a solid internal core fixed
