ABSTRACT
Whenever any company expands its operations in any new country, it has many
options, out of those options the best option is to be chosen. The present study aims to
develop the decision-making skills by considering all available information. While
Launching operations in new country, the business & economic factors of that country,
consumer buying behavior, existing competition in that country and possibility of
developing logistic flow need to be kept in mind.
Any business model once opted, cannot be changed so easily. So, deciding on which
format of business is most suitable for us requires overall analysis of situation & a long
term perspective. This case study aims to develop actual real-life decision-making skills,
keeping many factors in mind.
