The problems of cloud computing are considered, among which one can indicate problems of a technological nature (virtualization), problems of standardizing this technology, infrastructure problems, problems of ensuring the security of cloud services provided to consumers, and other problems. Smart technologies, including in the field of e - learning processes ( Smart education ) Are treated as a realization with the appropriate pro- grammnogo provide certain additional features, essentially expanding application capabilities information systems used in a particular application area. Smart - technologies in this context can be considered as a class of software loaded systems ( Software Intensive Systems ). Key words: cloud computing, cloud services, virtualization, software- loaded systems, smart technologies, smart education. Information technology has penetrated deeply into the life of modern society - both for individuals and most enterprises. The movement towards the information society is recognized by the world community as a strategic direction for the development of modern civilization. All this means a significant burden on enterprises in terms of creating a corporate information infrastructure and information systems that satisfy the vital needs of the enterprise. A new paradigm for organizing the provision of information services, which implements the so-called technology, offers a solution to the problem of loading, improving the quality of information services. "Cloud" computing, when in one way or another information needs are met in the enterprise by external providers. In this case, consumers of cloud services provided by service providers, paying only the cost of the IP - use services and not pay the cost of ownership programs-but-in hardware, along with the power that will build these services are. Cloud computing processing technology given GOVERNMENTAL, in which software and / or hardware provided to the user as a service. The user has access to his own data, but cannot control the operating system and the actual software with which he works ( he also does not need to take care of the infrastructure ). By direct governmental "cloud" refers to a set of applications, platform and other network services provided by the provider of the cloud, as a rule, via the Internet - transport. At the same time, many technical details of the implementation of these services are hidden from the end user .
