Journal of Islamic Nutrition, Juni 2018, 1(1):9-17 ISSN 2621-6655 E-ISSN 2621-6663 9 Hubungan Antara Daya Terima Makanan dengan Status Gizi Siswa di Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Bina Grahita “Kartini” Temanggung Jawa Tengah (Relationship Between Food Acceptance and Student’s Nutritional Status in Indonesian Center For Social Rehabilitation for Intelectual Disabilities “Kartini” Temanggung Central Java) Afita Maudine Nabilla *1 , Joyeti Darni 1 , Amilia Yuni Damayanti 1 , Fathimah 1 ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Balai Besar Rehabilitasi Sosial Bina Grahita “Kartini” (BBRSBG “Kartini”) merupakan institusi khusus milik pemerintah yang memiliki fokus untuk mendidik penyandang tunagrahita. BBRSBG “Kartini” menerapkan system asrama di dalamnya. Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui daya terima siswa terhadap makanan yang disediakan, status gizi siswa dan menganalisis hubungan antara daya terima makanan dengan status gizi siswa. Metode : Penelitian ini berjenis Observasi Analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Penelitian dilaksanakan di asrama BBRSBG “Kartini”. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 2 minggu, dari tanggal 29 Oktober 2017 – 12 November 2017. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa BBRSBG yang tinggal di asrama. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah daya terima makanan dan status gizi siswa. Data daya terima makanan dan status gizi siswa diuji menggunakan uji Korelasi Gamma. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata – rata hasil daya terima siswa konsumsi tertinggi jatuh pada hari ke 1 dan 2 (98%) dan terendah pada hari ke 7 (92%). Status gizi siswa dengan angka tertinggi adalah status gizi normal sebanyak 42 siswa (57,5%), sedangkan angka terendah adalah status gizi tidak normalsebanyak 31 siswa (42,5%). Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat korelasi yang bermakna antara daya terima makanan dengan status gizi siswa. Kata Kunci : Daya Terima, Status Gizi, Tunagrahita ABSTRACT Background: Indonesian center for social rehabilitation for intelectual disabilities "Kartini" (ICSRID "Kartini") is a special institution of the government that focuses on training people with disabilities. ICSRID "Kartini" implements a boarding school system. Aim: The aim of this research is to know the acceptance of the food by the students, students’s nutritional status and to analyze the relationship between food acceptance and nutritional status of the students. Method: The study was Analytical observation with cross-sectional design. The study was conducted in ICSRID "Kartini" dormitory. The data were collected for 2 weeks, from 29 October 2017 - 12 November 2017. The study involved 73 ICSRID students living in the dormitory. The variables of the study are food acceptance and nutritional status of students. Food acceptance data and nutritional status of students were measured by the Gamma correlation test. Results: the results of this study showed that the highest day of food acceptance is on day 1 and 2 (98%) and on day 7 (92%). The highest number of students’s nutrtional status is the normal nutritional status (57.5%) and the lowest is unnormal nutrition status (42.5%). The relationship between nutritional status and primary food was constant, while the relationship between the other dish were : animal side dishes (p 0.759), vegetable side dishes (p 0.312), vegetables (p 0.073), fruit (p 0.312). Conclusion: there are no significant correlations between food acceptance and nutritional status of students.
