En s’intéressant au cas de la Fondation pour l’animation socio- culturelle genevoise mandatée par l’État de Genève pour « favoriser la citoyenneté active », l’article cherche à mettre en lumière la norme de citoyenneté véhiculée par l’État, mais aussi à rendre compte de sa mise en œuvre par des animateurs socioculturels au bénéfce de dispo- sitions individuelles et confrontés à la réalité des contextes. Basierend auf dem Fall der Genfer Stiftung für soziokulturelle Animation, welche vom Kanton beauftragt wurde, «aktive Staatsbürgerschaft zu fördern», verfolgt dieser Artikel zwei Ziele: erstens identifziert er die vom Staat propagierte Norm von Staatsbürgerschaft. Zweitens, zeigt er auf, wie diese Norm von Sozialarbeitenden, die mit verschiedenen Kontexten konfrontiert sind und ihre eigenen Werte und Weltanschauungen vertreten, konkret umgesetzt wird. It consists of an analysis of the Foundation for the socio-cultural animation appointed by the State of Geneva in order to “promote active citizenship.” On the one hand, this paper attempts to give an account of the norm of citizenship employed by the State. On the other hand, it examines how this norm is implemented on the ground by social workers with individual dispositions and facing diferent contexts.
