Professor, Kota Rajasthan Abstract - The center reasons for this Study is to dissect the effect of analyze the impact of work-life balance on Lecturers job satisfaction working in Government and private universities and Colleges of Rajasthan. The information is gathered keeping in light of demographic factors and factors affect for job satisfaction. Factors involved are job satisfaction and work life balance with respect to Working hours, Working conditions, work life balance programs, employee intention to change of job, Job Stability, and Family Support. Data is collected using primary sources. Primary data is collected through questionnaires. In essential information gathering, a sum of 300 polls is dispersed among the Lecturers working in Government and private colleges and Colleges of Rajasthan. The information is dissected utilizing SPSS, tests connected is relationship and relapse. The discoveries propose that work-life balance significantly affects worker work fulfillment. This examination can be useful for the Government and private teachers to enhance their approaches, advantages, projects and work dissemination and in making work changes inside the association. This research can be utilized as a light for Administration of Government and Private Universities and Colleges to pay attention to such factors because their benefits are not only for institutes but can benefit Lecturers in the long run. Key words: work life balance, job satisfaction, work force, government Colleges, Government Universities, Private Colleges and Universities. 1 INTRODUCTION The advancement and the fast development of the business world have made new exercises and open new chances to the business associations. Globalization additionally has made the associations difficult to hold their upper hand in the market. This has influenced the Higher education segment also. Higher education part has turned out to be increasingly aggressive and it has turned into a major test for them. These changes have an influence in business exercises as well as in culture and impression of the lecturers. The lecturers in present are more involved in their jobs than past times. The working hours, work pressure, high demanding jobs, use of sophisticated technology made it difficult for lecturers to keep a balance between their job and work commitments. Higher Education are facing increasing demands to raise efficiency and becoming more responsive to Students and Lecturers. No longer is it just a matter of remuneration and promotional prospects; job seekers are increasingly making employment decisions on how well their current or potential workplace can support a balance between personal lives and paid occupation. Extensive research has just been led on work-life equalization and Lecturer Satisfaction. A few research has been led on this issue and more endeavors are being recommended particularly, the Higher Education division where longer working hours is a specific standard, to reestablish a work-life balance for the better great of the social and family life of the workforce. Discoveries demonstrated that Job Satisfaction at the best dimension of the executives has a negative relationship with family to work obstruction, family to work impedance and stress and employment fulfillment has a positive connection with occupation self- governance. Occupation fulfillment at the center dimension of representatives diminishes when work-life struggle and stress increments. Job satisfaction at the lower level of employees has a negative correlation with stress and family to work interference and positive correlation with job autonomy.
