Initially, the term “gender”, its origin and description of gender and gender concepts are presented and analyzed by Western scholars who studied gender relations in their studies. With the help of data and statistical examples, the importance of gender policy in solving the political problems of public authorities in the political activities of women, which are becoming increasingly important in the modern world.
