A User-Friendly Shopping Street

Abstract
The primary concern of this paper is to identify the relationship between attributes under physical
qualities and activities that contribute to the user-friendly street. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) is
used in the early stages to gather information about the interrelationships among variables. The
Cronbach’s Alpha (α) value was used to determine the level of reliability through the internal
consistency for each factor. The result for the validity of all construct achieved Alpha (α) value
exceeding 0.70. This research found that there are positive correlation between safety with comfort
and convenience, safety with accessibility, and accessibility with comfort and convenience
