The method used is descriptive qualitative that aims to describe about the fulfillment the right to take care for babies by woman prisoner. Informants amounted to 3 persons consisting of 1 woman prisoner who is carrying a baby, 1 inmate companion carrying a baby, and 1 employee Community and Care Section. The informant is determined based on purposive. Data collection uses an indepth interview, observation, and documentation study. Reasearch results show that the fulfillment the right to take care for babies by woman seen from the aspects of health services, decent food, and facility has been adequately done, however there are some things that have not been done, namely unavailability of special needs facilities for lactation rooms and providing consultations by assistants and employees Community and Care Section for women prisoner who is carrying a baby. Based on these problems, the researcher recommend developing the capacity of assistants and employees in fulfillment the right to take care for babies by woman prisoner in Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Tangerang. Using the Social Work with Group Practices through Educational Group techniques, the assistants and employees are enhanced in their knowledge and skills capacity in fulfilling the Right to take Care for Babies by Woman Prisoner Keywords: Fulfillment The Right to take care for Babies, Woman Prisoner, Educational Group Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mendalam tentang pemenuhan hak pengasuhan bayi oleh narapidana perempuan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Perempuan Kelas II A Tangerang, yang dibagi dalam beberapa aspek yaitu gambaran mengenai pelayanan kesehatan, makanan yang layak dan fasilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang narapidana perempuan yang membawa bayi, 1 orang pendamping narapidana yang membawa bayi, dan 1 orang pegawai bagian Kemasyarakatan dan Perawatan.
