La primera supuso un intento de ruptura contra el gobierno de Porfirio Díaz, y la segunda implicó la adopción de una serie de medidas económicas promocionadas por el Fondo Monetario Internacional. Sin embargo, ambos instantes forman un paréntesis que alberga algunos momentos clave en la historia del narcotráfico. El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar si ha existido una relación bilateral entre los factores económicos subyacientes a estos dos momentos y la génesis y auge del narcotráfico. Ante esta pretensión, la hipótesis de trabajo consiste en afirmar dicha relación, con el fin de hacer una radiografía historiográfica de la influencia de la economía mexicana sobre el narcotráfico. Palabras clave: México, Narcotráfico, Revolución, Crisis, Consenso de Washington. Abstract The Revolution and the Great Crisis of 1982 are two of the most decisive moments in Mexico's recent History. The first one was an attempt of breaking the Porfirio's Diaz Government, and the second one implied the adoption of a series of economic measures promoted by the International Monetary Fund. However, both moments established a void fullfilled with the story of drugtrafficking. The goal of this paper is to note if there was a bilateral relation between this two moment's economic factors and the beginning and expansion of mexican drugtrafficking. Therefore this article's hypothesis consists in affirming this relation, with the goal of making an historiographical study of the mexican economy influence on drugtrafficking.
