Interaktive Lehrmaterialien mit MATLAB Michael E. Auer, Andreas Pester Technikum Kärnten, Studiengang Elektronik Key words : Tele-learning, MATLAB, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mathematik, Simulation Abstract : The MATLAB Web Server is a special toolbox to use MATLAB-Simulations from the web. We installed this server in the environment of a HyperWave Information Server and had got good results using this tool for teaching electrical engineering and mathematical modeling. The main advantages are: on-line simulations, working only through a browser-interface with MATLAB, simulation with the own datas of the user via Internet. The main disadvantages are: no really good possibilities for movie- simulations, GUI’s and no flexibility for the models. The only user-choosen input are the data. There are described some possibilities to solve this problems. 1 MATLAB in der Telelearning Umgebung am Technikum Kärnten Insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit dem berufsbegleitenden Studiengang Elektronik am Technikum Kärnten in Villach sind in den letzten beiden Jahren eine Reihe von Projekten in einer integrierten Telelearning Umgebung zusammengeflossen. Als generelle Plattform dient die als Applikation auf einem Hyperwave-Server laufende Lernplattform GENTLE-WBT (http://wbt-3.iicm.edu/ ). Das Gesamtkonzept ist in Abbildung 1 dargestellt.
