The aims of the study was to find antiradical scavenging activity (antioxidant) and total flavonoidscontent of slatri leaves. Antioxidant activity assay using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1- pikrilhidrazil). Total flavonoid content was determined by colorimetric method based on routine standard. The results showed IC 50 of Slatri leaves extract was 39.63 ± 14.99 ppm and total flavonoid content of Slatri leaves extracts was 25.677 ± 0.046%. Keyword: Antiradical scavenging, Slatri (Calophyllum soulattri), DPPH, total flavonoid content. Plants are one of the main sources of antioxidants. Plants contain a variety of compoundswhich is antioxidant activities. The compunds have antioxidant activity were vitamins (A, C, and E), carotenoids, coenzyme-Q, lycopenes, and phenolics (flavonoids, flavonols, phenolic acids, anthocyanins, tannins, and lignins)[1].One of the method for determining antioxidant activity is antiradicals scavenging activity with 2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) compound. DPPH is widely used to test the ability of compounds to act as free radical scavengers to evaluate antioxidant activity. Calophyllum speciesis one of the plants that are widely used by the community. Calophyllum species have many compound ect. Xanthones, terpenoids, and flavonoids[2]. Methanol and dichloromethane extracts of Calophyllum rubiginosum leaves contain phenolic compounds and have antioxidant activity[3].Calophyllumsoulatri (slatri)is one ofCalophyllum speciesthat widely used. Empirically, slatri leaves was used as a natural preservative. In Papua New Guinea the Calophyllum soulattri plant is used to treat several diseases[4].Calophyllum sp. leaf decoction can be used for eye pain medication in several Asian countries[5].Natural antioxidants have activities as food preservatives and body health care[6]. Slatri containsflavonoidand xhanthone compounds[7]. Because the content of flavonoid compounds, slatri has the potential for antioxidant activity. This study to determine the antioxidant
