ISSN: 2317-0204 TRABALHO EM EQUIPE INTERDISCIPLINAR NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE: LIMITES E DESAFIOS INTERDISCIPLINARITY TEAM WORK IN CONTEMPORANEITY: LIMITS AND CHALLENGES Guilherme Maier MIRANDA  Fernanda Nunes da Rosa MANGINI  Resumo: Apesar do reconhecimento da importância do trabalho em equipe nos mais diversos espaços sócio ocupacionais, muitos obstáculos se colocam para sua operacionalização, a começar pela ausência de referenciais teórico-práticos que permitam fazer frente aos limites e desafios do trabalho nesse campo. Este artigo parte da necessidade de buscar subsídios operativos que auxiliem no desenvolvimento de ações profissionais e de estratégias de sucesso. Trata-se de uma revisão teórico-bibliográfica sobre o trabalho em equipe desenvolvida com objetivo de identificar e sistematizar fundamentos teórico-metodológicos e aportes técnico-operativos com a finalidade de estimular e instrumentalizar o trabalho em equipe interdisciplinar em uma perspectiva crítica. Para tanto, foi preciso situar seus limites e desafios na sociedade contemporânea. Conclui-se que o trabalho em equipe interdisciplinar condensa as desigualdades impostas pelo modo de produção vigente, o que faz necessário refletir sobre as condições sociais como primeiro passo para a sua concretização. Abstract: Despite the recognition of the importance of teamwork in the most diverse socio-occupational spaces, many obstacles arise for its operationalization, starting with the absence of theoretical and practical references that allow to face the limits and challenges of working in this field. This article starts from the need to seek operational subsidies that assist in the development of professional actions and successful strategies. This is a theoretical-bibliographic review on teamwork developed with the objective of identifying and systematizing theoretical-methodological foundations and technical-operational contributions in order to stimulate and instrumentalize interdisciplinary teamwork in a critical perspective. Therefore, it was necessary to situate its limits and challenges in contemporary society. It is concluded that the work in interdisciplinary team condenses the inequalities imposed by the current mode of production, which makes it necessary to reflect on social conditions as a first step towards its realization.
