ABSTRACT
A Cooperative Game Theory communication has nice potential to boost the wireless data rate by
exploiting the antennas on wireless devices for spatial diversity. However, applications of helpful
communication are barely seen actually. A main obstacle obstruction its wide applications is that the
lack of incentives for wireless nodes to participate in helpful communication. We have a tendency to
first survey the present game hypothetical solutions for providing cooperation incentives in helpful
communications. We then discuss the challenges in applying theory of games to helpful
communications. A principle impediment hindering its wide requisitions is the absence of impetuses
for remote hubs to take an interest in helpful communications.

1. INTRODUCTION
Helpful communication has been projected to boost the data rate in wireless networks. It takes
advantage of the published nature of wireless transmission and utilizes the antennas on wireless nodes
to realize abstraction diversity. Reckoning on however the relay node processes the overheard signal,
2 primary Helpful communication modes area unit wide used: Amplify-and-Forward (AF) and
Decode-and-Forward (DF). Within the AF mode, the relay node amplifies the signal before
forwarding it to the destination node. Within the DF mode, the relay communication node decodes &
encodes the signal before forwarding it to the destination node. Helpful communication has potential
applications in different networks, including cellular networks, weariless networks, ad-hoc networks,
and psychological feature networks, as shown in Fig. 1.
To achieve Helpful communication, cooperation from different nodes is needed. In network
applications for military actions and disaster relief, cooperation among nodes will be assumed since
the nodes belong to one authority and therefore voluntarily get together to realize a standard goal.
However, in business applications, wherever nodes typically belong to totally different freelance
entities, there's no smart reason to assume that the nodes can get together. In fact, nodes area unit
selfish and consume their resources only doing thus will maximize their own benefits. Game theory is
of course the foremost acceptable tool to model, analyze and solve the issues in Helpful
communications.
