Based on the differencece test of t-test, the findings of the study include five things. First, there was significant difference in the intention to quit of human resources in Islamic banks and non- Islamic banks. The average of the intention to quit of Islamic banks human resources was lower than that of the non-Islamic banks. Secondly, there was no significant difference between the organizational commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. Third, there was significant difference in the social commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. The average of the social commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks was higher than that of the non-Islamic banks. Fourth, there was significant difference in the religious commitment of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. Fifth, there was significant difference in the spiritual well-being of the human resources of Islamic banks and non-Islamic banks. Kata Kunci: Voluntary turn-over, intention to quit, islamic banking, spiritual well-being PENDAHULUAN Lembaga perbankan merupakan lembaga yang memiliki peran sangat sentral dalam pembangunan. Ihwal ini sejalan dengan misi perbankan itu sendiri, yaitu turut serta dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, men- dorong pemerataan ekonomi dan menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Namun persoalan moral hazard dan implikasi negatif dunia perbankan pada perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat menjadi dorongan bank syariah berkembang intensif dan ekspansif. Berdasarkan angka-angka perkembangan perbankan nasional (tabel 1), perkembangan bank syariah masih terlalu jauh ketinggalan dari bank non syariah (konvensional). Jumlah asset perbankan syariah belum mencapai lima persen dari bank nonsyariah, jumlah sumber daya manusia (SDI) dan kantor bank syariah baru mencapai 20% dari bank nonsyariah. Berbagai kendala yang menjadi peng- hambat perkembangan bank syariah nasional, salah satu di antaranya adalah tingkat kesiapan SDI, terutama dari sisi karyawan. Bank syariah
