The potential of Remote Sensing and GIS provides cost and time-effective resource database. An attempt was made to develop a Web enabled Geo database for the Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Te- langana. Further this database was used to develop a web enabled multi-layer geo database using ArcGIS Server. It enables the users to know the information and take better decisions, better plan- ning in different rural development sectors. Keywords Web GIS, Geo Database, Thematic Layers, ArcGIS Server 1.
