Prof. Dr. Hamka, Air Tawar Barat, Padang Utara, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. 25171. * guspatni.indo@gmail.com ABSTRACT The topic of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions mainly discusses abstract concepts that need explanations at the macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic levels. This study aims to determine validity and practicality of prompting questions integrated PowerPoint-iSpring learning media on topic of electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions developed to guide students to find their own concepts. This study is part of Research and Development (R & D) using the 4D as the instructional design model. The validity and practicality of the learning media developed were obtained through research instruments in the form of validation and practicality questionnaires. Validation was carried out by 5 validators, while practicality was carried out by 20 students of class XI MIPA and two chemistry teachers. Data analysis techniques used were Aiken's V technique for validity and percentage technique for practicality. The results of analysis on validity datashowed an average Aiken's V value of 0.85 with the valid category. The result of analysis on practicality data showed value of 88% (for teacher practicality) and 86% (for students practicality) both showingvery practical category. Therefore, prompting questions integrated-PowerPoint-iSpring learning media developed is valid and practical. Keywords: PowerPoint-iSpring Multimedia Learning, Prompting Questions, Electrolyte and non electrolyte solution ABSTRAK Materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit terutama membahas konsep-konsep abstrak yang memerlukan penjelasan pada level makroskopik, submikroskopis, dan simbolik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan media pembelajaran PowerPoint- iSpring terintegrasi pertanyaan prompting pada topik larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit yang telah dikembangkan untuk membimbing siswa menemukan konsep sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan 4D sebagai
