São Paulo v. 115 p. 659 - 679 jan./dez. 2020 UM ENFOQUE NO TRÁFICO DE MULHERES E MENINAS PARA FINS DE ExPLORAÇÃO SExUAL NA PERSPECTIVA ARENDTIANA A HIGHLIGHT ON THE WOMEN AND GIRLS TRAFFICKING TO SEXUAL EXPLOITATION FROM THE ARENDTIAN PERSPECTIVE Izabela Zonato Villas Boas * Letícia Moreira Graça ** Resumo: O presente artigo busca apresentar um panorama sociojurídico sobre o tráfco humano com enfoque na fgura das mulheres e meninas trafcadas para fns de exploração sexual, e tem como objetivo maior apontar a condição de vulnerabilidade do gênero feminino como principal vítima deste ilícito internacional. Para tanto, serão utilizados como ponto de partida, aspectos legais e internacionais sobre o tráfco humano no Brasil, como o Protocolo de Palermo e o Código Penal. Posteriormente, serão apresentados aspectos sociológicos relacionados ao tema, e por fm, será tratada a condição humana de Hannah Arendt, em obra de mesmo título. A partir disso, será analisado, em específco, o animal laborans arendtiano, o qual busca-se relacionar com as mulheres e meninas trafcadas para a exploração sexual e como eles se assemelham. Abstract: The present paper presents a sociological and legal perspective on the human trafcking with a highlight on the women and girls to sexual exploitation, to show the condition of vulnerability of the female gender as the main victim of this international crime. For this purpose, it will be used as a standing point the legal and international aspects about human trafcking, for instance, the Palermo Protocol and the Criminal Code. Lately, sociological aspects related to the theme will be presented. Furthermore, and in conclusion, the human condition of Hannah Arendt will be analyzed from this perspective, the Arendtian animal laborans will be analyzed, whom is aimed to be related with the trafcked woman to sexual exploitation and also the relation that these two fgures may have.
