Using biographical approach, the author discussed the values of tolerance of Abon Aziz through his traditional education method he was committed to, political attitude and multicultural values. The article found that the systematics and in-depth exploration in traditional education in dayah, day-to-day examples which were taught by involving students were very important tolerance and deradicalization materials to be learned again by students and the society to prevent intolerance and radical actions. By understanding the life of Abon Aziz Samalanga, students and the society won’t only potentially be tolerant people but also deradicalization agents.
