Esta é discussão inicial e imperativa no que tange à seara dos direitos humanos das mulheres. Isto porque,no plano internacional, é neste ponto que residem muitos óbices para a concretização e proteção dos direitos humanos das mulheres. ABSTRACT The present article is about some reflections regarding to the formation and consolidation of the universalism of the human rights. This is an initial and important discussion in the women human rights area. This is because, in the international level, this is the point where many obstacles for the concretization and protection of the women human rights lay.
