Large Randomized Control trials are required to see the efficacy of current medical treatment. Objective: Evaluating the role of N 2 N parallel therapy for adult COVID-19 patients with lower respiratory tract infection for early discharge from hospital or keeping in hospital for infection control only. Holistic Med provides a Complementary and Alternative medical platform together with an Integrative approach incorporating timely prescribed Conventional Medicine to achieve complete cure. Case History: A 57-years old emergency physician developed symptoms of high grade fever, cough, loss of appetite, body aches & fatigue. He tested positive for Covid-19 and was started on antiretroviral and antimalarial therapy as per the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Protocol. He received the current medical treatment for four days without any improvement in his condition. His treatment was tailored by adding N2N Parallel Therapy for 72 hours followed by continuity of care. Results: Tailored treatment through the use of acute detox, ingestion of anti-oxidants, Intermittent Fasting, using micronutrients, oxygen supplement and intake of steroid during the 2nd phase of treatment. The results were promising which helped avert an ICU admission. Improvement in health was also seen in the form of better lab results and exercise tolerance while hospitalization. This therapy if applied will reduce ICU admissions, duration of hospital-stay and mortality rate. Conclusion: N 2 N Parallel Therapy is superior to the current medical treatment in terms of early
