Durante a narrativa, pode-se perceber uma aproximação entre os discursos do autor e do protagonista. Tal aproximação, Mikhail Bakhtin define como a função do enunciado-tipo no romance. Tema e problemática tornam-se interessantes por tratarem de uma pesquisa inédita relacionada a essa obra. Assim, este artigo pretende analisar e evidenciar essa apropriação de discurso realizada entre autor e herói. Serão utilizadas como referencial teórico central as obras Estética da criação verbal e O enunciado no romance, capítulo retirado da coletânea Linguística e literatura, organizada por Roland Barthes. ABSTRACT: History of the siege of Lisbon, wrote by José Saramago, presents Raimundo Silva, literary reviewer who, by changing a historical text, tests the veracity of the historical discourse on the literary. During the narrative, it can perceive an approximation between the speeches of the author and the protagonist. Such an approach, Mikhail Bakhtin defines as the function of the type-sentence in the novel. Theme and problematic become interesting because they deal with an unpublished research related to this work. Thus, this article intends to analyze and evidence this appropriation of discourse between author and hero.
