689  METAL DESTEKSİZ DİŞ PORSELENİ ÜRETİMİ PRODUCTION OF ALL-CERAMIC DENTAL PORCELAIN Güray KAYA ve Bekir KARASU Anadolu Üniversitesi, Mühendislik-Mimarlık Fakültesi, Malzeme Bilimi ve Mühendisliği Bölümü, Eskişehir ÖZET Diş porselenleri metal destekli ve metal desteksiz (tam seramik) olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmaktadır. Birinci grup adından da anlaşıldığı gibi bir metal kaide üzerine porselen uygulanması sonucu elde edilen protez çeşididir. Metal kaidenin rengi gri olup porselenden yansıdığı için diş rengi bozulmakta ve özellikle ön dişlerde estetik açıdan istenilen sonuçlar elde edilememektedir. Metal destekli porselen protezlerin böylesi dezavantajlarından dolayı hekimler metal desteksiz porselen tekniğine yönelmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada, kron ve köprü uygulamalarında değerlendirilebilecek, zirkonya destek malzemeleri üzerine uygulanabilir metal desteksiz diş porselen sistemlerinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bazı ticari diş porseleni tozlarının karakterizasyonları yapılıp sonuçlar geliştirilen porselen tozlarınınki ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Metal desteksiz diş porseleni, Zirkonya, Üretim, Opak, Dentin, İnsizal, Sır. ABSTRACT Dental porcelains are divided into two systems: metal-ceramic and all-ceramic. As it implies, metal-ceramic porcelain is a type of prosthesis obtained by applying porcelain onto a metal substrate. Because of metal’s grey colour and its reflection from the porcelain, colour problem of the teeth appears and aesthetically desired results can not be achieved especially for the front teeth. Dentists tend to use all-ceramic porcelain technique due to such a disadvantage of the metal-ceramic porcelain prosthesis. In this study, it is aimed to develop all-ceramic porcelain systems which can be used for crown and bridge applications and applied onto the zirconia substrate. Some commercial dental porcelain powders were characterized and the obtained results were compared with those of the developed ones.
