Introduction Immunomodulation, multipotent cells received from infusion of donors indicate they were safe during injection for treatment of COVID [1]. With FDA (food and drug administration) already giving its consent for mesenchymal stem cell therapy to cure the pandemic. The tests can lay foundation for further cure [1]. Regenerative medicine should prove effective, without any conflict of interest. They will validate the individuals with symptom free cure and minimize the death. COVID-19 has been a vital disease since December 2019, killing hundreds of thousands without a cure in sight. I suggest the solution to cure for CoV is mesenchymal stem cells (MSC). In detailed review below, CoV structure, genome and cure using MSC can be found [2].Understanding CoV and its origin:A single stranded RNA genome which is not segmented, kb range of 25-30, with methylated caps 3’ and 5’ polyadenylate tail arranged from 5’ segments genes, replicating genes, genomes structural Journal of Regenerative Biology and Medicine An Open Access Journal ISSN: 2582-385X Abstract Stem cells are the ultimate solution to treat any diseases. They help in giving solutions to the most deadly disease. The focus is on respiratory system because COVID-19 attracts that region, hence mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) is proposed to treat the disease. Clinical trials have already begun suggesting these therapeutics. They most probably will be helpful in preventing severe acute respiratory infection. A certain population of cells will get accumulated in the lungs after stem cell regeneration, to protect epithelial cells in the alveoli, cleanse the pulmonary artery and cure dysfunction in the lungs. In this review a new approach using mesenchymal stem cells has been taken into consideration for COVID cure. Currently there seems little approach on basis of clinical trial on COVID patients. Stem cell therapy should show safe and highly effective method to cure COVID. Journal of Regenerative Biology and Medicine An Open Access Journal ISSN: 2582-385X
