This knowledge is fundamental for management activities, however it is not represented, inserted, formalized and available in the management models. This paper proposes a model to add experiential knowledge to TMN, using Case Base Reasoning approach, in a structured and standardized way, allowing the development of open support systems. Justification for using case base reasoning approach is given. A Case Framework is described. An example of custom application is presented, as well as model advantages.
