Changes that occur both physically, socially and mentally. During pregnancy there can also be things that cause a high risk pregnancy. High-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy experienced by a mother with various risk factors that can interfere with the process of pregnancy to delivery or endanger the lives of the mother and fetus. The factor of ignorance of the consumption pattern of FE tablets during pregnancy is a factor that causes anemia. To increase mother's knowledge, a good media is needed. Video is an appropriate educational media given to pregnant women because video combines two elements, namely audio and visual simultaneously. So the making of this media is very necessary, considering the impact that will be received by pregnant women. This study generally aims to analyze the level of understanding of mothers about how to consume FE tablets and compile video information media about the practice patterns of consumption of FE tablets, so that it can effectively improve the understanding of mothers about the practice patterns of FE tablet consumption that can meet the needs of FE in mothers during pregnancy. Research using action research methods. The population of pregnant women amounted to 214. The sample was calculated based on the 2 mean difference test in two groups consisting of 36 pregnant women for the intervention group and 36 pregnant women for the control group. Samples were taken by incidental sampling. Research results Increased knowledge of pregnant women before being given health education 42 to 65. Increased knowledge of pregnant women before being given video- based educational media 43 to 76. There is a difference in increased knowledge in the intervention group and the control group. With a P. value of 0.001. Conclusion. There is a significant difference in the knowledge of pregnant women before and after video-based educational media given about the consumption patterns of Fe tablets. The advice given to the providers of care (Midwives) is to use video-based educational media as an alternative health education media to increase patient knowledge.
