Investigations done in a rural locality in Cluj county, on a 82 rabbit stock from house-holdings concerning possibilities of anatomic clinical and microscopic diagnosis of auricular scabies and also avermectines efficiency administrated by dropping directly on auricular skin (spot- on method), to fight against this kind of scabies, put in evidence the following aspects: anatomic clinical exams done on 82 rabbit stock reveal the presence of some auricular crust lesions in 18 animals (19,5 %), with intense pruritus and gratage character. From total animals with crust lesions 18,7 % (3 rabbits) present nervous troubles in different degrees of evolution. Auricular scabies extent in rabbit presents close values in the two age categories (19,6 % adults and 20,0 % young stock). The level of infestation intensity with Psoroptes communis var.cuniculi presents variations in correlation with age category. So, in adult rabbits is dominant medium infestation (45,4 %) and in young stock low infestations (60,0 %). On the other hand, massive infestations are maintained to high values in both age categories (36,3 % adults and 31,2 % young stock). Medicine products efficiency of avermectine type used to fight against auricular scabies is a very good one and using “spot-on” direct method is very convenient. In rabbit, auricular scabies is localized to the level of external auditory conduct with tendency of spreading toward medium and internal ear. Because of considerable economic damages, which are brought out in rabbit stocks, auricular scabies is considered as one of the most serious parasitical disease. In this work paper we propose an anatomic clinical study and the microscopic diagnosis possibilities and also the use of some modern therapeutics techniques. MATERIALS AND METHODS Anatomic clinical and microscopic investigations and those therapeutics were done on rabbit populations of different breeds (Belgian giant, Chinchila and cross- bred) traditional house-hold bred in rural medium (Cluj county). Stocks feeding of rabbits taken in study is diverse, correlated with holders possibility and consist of fibrous administration (perennial grass hays, vegetables), succulents (potatoes, fodder beet, carrots, etc), and concentrates
