Abstract Because of importance the wide evaluation of abilities and disabilities cognitive in normal people and use tools and cognitive tests as the most important part of the assessment of cognitive and neurological in research and therapy, the aim of this study was to Standardization Persian version of Cognitive Disability Test among normal individuals. In regard to collecting data, method of the study was descriptive - instrument making one. 200 university students selected through purposive sampling from different schools of University of sanandaj, completed Cognitive Disability Test. The results of explanatory factor analysis showed there were five factors with 29 in items CD-Iranian version that had three items. Item analysis, internal consistency cofferient and test-retest demonstrated that the items and factors were satisfactory. Confirmatory factor analysis, also, confirmed the model with five factors. Therefore CD had a proper validity and reliability to measure Cognitive Disability amony Iranian people. Thus, it can be employed as an instrument in related research and treatment.
