Department of Preventive, Community Dentistry and Oral Health, University of medicine and Pharmacy “Victor Babes”, Timisoara ABSTRACT The growth and development of craniofacial complex are multifactorial and involve genetic, environmental, endocrine, nutritional influences and result in a wide range of characteristics in healthy individuals in different populations but especially in individuals with genetic or non-genetic conditions. The aim of the study was to evaluate the craniofacial morphology, oral, and dental findings of an 11-year and 10 month-old girl with Prader-Willi syndrome.
