Good knowledge of the Covid-19 pandemic and clean and healthy living habits by implementing the 3M protocol as an effort to prevent Covid-19 transmission is important, especially for teenagers. The purpose of this health promotion education is to determine the influence of 3M Education to Increase Self-Awareness of the Spread of Covid-19 at SMKN 4 Garut. Method of Pre-Experimental Design, One group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 16 students of SMKN 4 Garut. The results, univariate analysis showed that male gender respondents were 43.7%, and female gender (56.3%) showed an increase in the knowledge of students at SMKN 4 Garut after being given health education about 3M Education to Increase Self-Awareness against the Spread of Covid-19 at SMKN 4 Garut. In conclusion, there are significant differences in knowledge among respondents before and after health education regarding 3M Education to Increase Self-Awareness of the Spread of Covid-19 at SMKN 4 Garut. Keywords: 3M, Health Education, Self-awareness ABSTRAK Coronavirus Disease 2019 atau Covid-19 merupakan pandemi yang telah mengakibatkan tingginya angka mortalitas di berbagai belahan dunia. Pengetahuan mengenai pandemi Covid-19 yang baik dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dengan menerapkan protokol 3M sebagai upaya mencegah penularan Covid-19 penting untuk diterapkan terutama pada golongan remaja. Tujuan pendidikan promosi kesehatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Edukasi 3M dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Self-Awareness terhadap Penyebaran Covid-19 di SMKN 4 Garut. Metode Pre-Experimental Design, One group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel sebanyak 16 orang siswa SMKN 4 Garut. Hasil, analisis univariat didapatkan data responden jenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu 43,7%, dan jenis kelamin perempuan yaitu 56,3% menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa dan siswi SMKN 4 Garut setelah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan mengenai Edukasi 3M dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Self-Awareness terhadap Penyebaran Covid-19 di SMKN 4 Garut. Simpulan, Adanya perbedaan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada responden sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya pendidikan kesehatan mengenai Edukasi 3M dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Self-Awareness terhadap Penyebaran Covid-19 di SMKN 4 Garut.
