This study was done to determine the optimal energy and lysine requirements of PMp laying ducks for egg production, consumption and feed efficiency for three months. This study was conducted through a completely randomized (CRD) 2×2 factorial design applied to 128 ducks. The first factor was two levels of energy (2,700 and 2,900 kcal/kg), second was two levels of lysine (0.75 and 1.05%). Treatments were arranged as follows: R1 (2,700 kcal/kg ME, 0.75% of lysine); R2 (2,700 kcal/kg ME, 1.05% of lysine); R3 (2,900 kcal/kg ME, 0.75% of lysine; R4 (feed, 2,900 kcal/kg ME, 1.05% of lysine). Result from the start of laying showed that the average of egg production, feed consumption, feed conversion ratio and weight of eggs were not significantly (P>0.05) affected by level of dietary energy and lysine. Average EP at R1, R2, R3, R4 were 69.53; 79.35; 68.34; 70.37% respectively. The provision of two energy and lysine levels in diet did not significantly affected the productivity. Feeding containing 2,700 kcal/kg and 0.75% lysine in the diet was sufficient nutritional requirements for egg production, feed intake, FCR and weight eggs of PMp duck for three months production. Key Words: PMp Ducks, Egg Production, Consumption, FCR, Egg Weight ABSTRAK Informasi kebutuhan gizi itik lokal khususnya tipe petelur sangat minim sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian kebutuhan gizi yang optimum akan tetapi mampu menghasilkan produksi yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan energi dan lisin yang optimal pada itik petelur PMp terhadap produksi telur, konsumsi dan efisiensi pakan serta bobot telur itik selama tiga bulan produksi. Penelitian pada 128 ekor itik dilakukan dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 2x2. Faktor pertama adalah dua level energi (2.700 dan 2.900 kkal/kg), faktor kedua dua level lisin (0,75 dan 1,05%). Perlakuan ransum disusun terdiri dari: R1 (kandungan energi 2.700 kkal/kg, lisin 0,75%); R2 (kandungan energi 2.700, lisin 1,05%); R3 (kandungan energi 2.900 kkal/kg, lisin 0,75%); R4 (kandungan energi 2.900 kkal/kg, lisin 1,05%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi telur, konsumsi pakan, feed conversion ratio (FCR) dan bobot telur itik tidak nyata (P>0,05) dipengaruhi oleh level energi dan lisin dalam ransum. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian sebanyak dua level energi dan dua level lisin dalam pakan tidak nyata berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas itik. Pemberian pakan yang mengandung 2.700 kkl/kg dan 0,75% lisin dalam pakan sudah mencukupi kebutuhan gizi terhadap produksi telur, konsumsi pakan, FCR dan bobot telur itik PMp selama tiga bulan produksi.
