Email: ade.firmansyah@pradita.ac.id Abstract The development of North Sulawesi Province tourism in the last five years has experienced a significant increase. North Minahasa Regency, one of the administrative regions, has been designated as a Special Economic Zone, precisely in the East Likupang area by the central government at the end of 2019. This study aims to analyze and describe the potential of tourism resources around Likupang Special Economic Zone (KEK Likupang). The focus of the analysis is the Destination, Facility, and Accessibility. By using descriptive qualitative analysis, observation, and interview for data retrieval. The result of the research indicates that some destination is attractive for foreign and local tourists in North Sulawesi because of the Destination offer beautiful beaches with facilities and easiness of the accessibility. This area is also very potential as a hinterland and to support the KEK. However, there are still many obstacles for the community to develop existing resources due to the limited human resource capacity.
