Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan kuisioner berupa skala spirithjkess & skala stres kerja. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 terapis pada dua klinik terapi anak autis di Jakarta dan Bekasi, dengan karakteristik minimal terapis bekerja selama 6 bulan.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh spiritual well being terhadap stres kerja diterima, sedangkan hardiness terhadap stres kerja ditolak tidak berkontribusi tetapi memberi pengaruh terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan spiritual well being dan hardiness terhadap stres kerja, besar. Didapat koefisiensi F sebesar 4,877 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,012. Ini menunjukan ada kontribusi yang signifikan sebesar 12%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : anak autis, hardiness, spiritual well being, stres kerja, terapis THE EFFECT OF SPRITUAL WELL BEING AND HARDINESS TOWARDS WORK STRESS ON AUTISM CHILDREN THERAPHIST Abstract This research tested the effect of spiritual well being and hardiness toward the work stress of autism children therapist. The tool of data collection used in this research is questionnaire with the scale of spiritual well being, hardiness scale, and work stress scale. The research participants are 54 therapists in two-autism children therapy clinic at Jakarta and Bekasi, with minimum 6 month of work experience as the participant characteristics. The sample collection technique used in this research is purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression technique. The research result shows that the spiritual well-being is affecting the work stress, while the hardiness as contributor to the work stress rejected but it affects the work stress. The F coefficient is as big as the F value 4,877 and the signification level as 0,012. It shows there are 12% significant contributions while the 98% caused by other factors that are not included in this research.
