Road, Guna - 473226, Madya Pradesh (India) Abstract This paper, shows the different types of heat transfer coefficient when the solar pump was placed in the one of the solar still and was compared with the conventional solar still. The different type of heat transfer coefficient were calculated from the experimental analysis which were convective, evaporative, radiative and total heat transfer coefficient. For this the Kumar and Tiwari model was used for calculation. Due to solar pump, evaporative cooling is caused and surface area increases. A appreciable increment of 185.14% is observed in the convective heat transfer coefficient for MSS, and overall heat transfer coefficient has increased by 135.78% for MSS. This experiment was performed in November, 2021 in the Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology.
