After due consideration of various issues raised with respect to the Das et al. paper, the co-authors unanimously agree to retract the above paper from Crop & Pasture Science. Reason: The article is based on multi-locational trial data involving a wider team of researchers. It has come to light that there was inadequate consultation with the wider research team which led to some errors in the manuscript. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by our paper.
