Te Covid-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented impact around the world. Nepal is no exception. While the negative efects of the pandemic are too many to enu- merate, Covid-19 has also created some positive externalities. For example. it has brought the role of telecommunication and the Internet front and center by moving many businesses, education, and government services on-line and by recalibrating the whole supply-chain system. In this volume, scholars and experts from various disciplines have examined selected areas of the Nepali economy and society such as agriculture, education, environment, urban planning, tourism, and income inequality in the context of the Covid-19. Te authors have provided insights into the topic and recommended some policy solutions.
