The formulation of problem is whether Learning Motivation has Significant Effect on Student Entrepreneurship Interests, Learning Motivation has Significant Effect on Self Efficacy of Students, Self Efficacy Has Significant Effect on Student Entrepreneurship Interest, and Learning Motivation Has Significant Effects on Student Entrepreneurship Interest Through Self Efficacy. The purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the effect of learning motivation on the interests of student entrepreneurship, motivation to learn about self-efficacy of students, self- efficacy towards student entrepreneurship interests, and learning motivation towards the interests of student entrepreneurship through self-efficacy. In this research, the sampling is applying census method, with 45 respondents. Respondents in this study are active students on fourth Semester in year of 2018/2019 from Entrepreneurship Concentration in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. The analytical tool is Path Analysis with a quantitative descriptive approach by applying Smart PLS 3 Software. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) Learning motivation does not significant effect to the interest in student entrepreneurship. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student self-efficacy. (3) Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest of student entrepreneurship. (4) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on the interest of student entrepreneurship through self efficacy. Successful variable efficacy is a mediating variable between learning motivation and interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Learning Motivation, Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurship Interest Abstrak Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. Perumusan masalah adalah apakah motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Self Efficacy Mahasiswa, Self Efficacy Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, dan Motivasi Belajar Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Melalui Self Efficacy. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi Belajar Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, motivasi Belajar Terhadap Self Efficacy Mahasiswa, Self Efficacy Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Melalui Self Efficacy. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus, yakni sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Semester VI Konsentrasi Kewirausahaan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Indragiri (STIE-I) Rengat. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan ialah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan bantuan Software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penlitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi belajar tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self efficacy mahasiswa. (3) Self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. (4) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa melalui self efficacy. Variabel selff efficacy berhasil sebagai variabel mediasi antara motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Self Efficacy, Minat Bersirausaha
