Therefore, the need for accuracy and speed in calculating the estimated weight of the fetus. One formula that can be used is a simple formula. This study aims to differences calculation results of estimated fetal body weight using a simple formula with the weight of a newborn baby at batujajar health center. A total of 39 self employed mothers deliver 40 weeks of gestation who met inclusion criteria during Maret-April 2019. This research was an observational analytical research with cross sectional design. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis using Test T statistical tes. The results showed that the characteristic of respondents were 20-35 years 59% and multiparity (30%) with an average estimated body weight of 2700 grams and actual birth weight of 3150 grams. The result differences calculation results of estimated fetal body weight using a simple formula with the weight of a newborn baby had the significance value 0.054 (≥0.05) The conclusion is No difference in the calculation of estimated fetal weight using a simple formula with the weight of a newborn baby.
