The models evaluated the amountof transfer of heat and pressure drop. An analysis is conducted Numerical based on full factorialDOE (design of experiments) to create a model by means of different parameters such as flowrates and temperatures. The developed model is then tested and validated by comparing theconsequences with the numerical results.Performance evaluation for heat exchanger of shelland tube type is developed using Ansys. This paper suggests a novel perspective and to evaluateReliable Performance Assessment of Heat Exchanger using the DOE, ANSYS.Thus, modelstillhavechanceto beimproved.
