Keywords: Numerical Method, Transient Regime, Heat Transfer Coefficient. 1. Introduction The study of heat transfer by solving the Laplace equation is done in different ways in scientific work. Several studies in steady state and transient or dynamic regime established are proposed. Among the works we cited: the numerical method of Stehfest (Stehfest H. and al) which provides an empirical formula for evaluating the temperature transient, the method of dynamic frequency regime of Devisme Marechal (Marechal J.C. and al) which determines the thermal diffusivity from measuring the phase difference between the temperature signals or the characterization method from the thermal impedance offered by MS Ould Brahim and al (Ould Brahim M.S. and al) which provides access to the thermophysical parameters (Arntfield S.D., and al) (Budrugeac P., and al) from Nyquist representations and Bode (Ould Cheikh K. and al). We propose a numerical solution of the heat equation by imposing constant coefficients of thermal exchange with the two sides level. The tow-plaster material (Voumbo, M. L. and al) (Bisanda E.T.N.,
