Abstrak
MPKP merupakan salah satu upaya meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit dalam pelayanan keperawatan untuk
meminimkan kesalahan atau kelalaian yang dapat terjadi. MPKP suatu system (struktur, proses dan nilai-nilai professional) yang
memungkinkan perawat profesional mengatur asuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan model
praktek keperawatan profesional (MPKP) terhadap penerapan pilar I pendekatan manajemen dan pilar IV sistem pemberian asuhan
keperawatan perawat di Rumah Sakit X Kotamobagu. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan yaitu pra-
eksperimen one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 75 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan
pilar I pendekatan manajemen (element perencanaan, perorganisasian, pengarahan, pengendalian) dan pilar IV sistem pemberian asuhan
keperawatan (element pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi, catatan keperawatan) sebelum dan setelah
pelatihan MPKP terdapat perbedaan; Hubungan pilar I antara usia (pvalue: 0,032), pendidikan (pvalue: 0,000), lama kerja (pvalue: 0,042)
membuktikan ada hubungan bermakna (P<0,05) sedangkan jenis kelamin ( pvalue: 0,195) tidak ada hubungan bermakna (p >0,05);
hubungan pilar IV antara usia (pvalue: 0,71), jenis kelamin (pvalue: 0,316), membuktikan bahwa tidak ada hubungan bermakna (p>0,05)
sedangkan pendidikan (pvalue: 0,020), lama kerja (pvalue: 0,032) membuktikan ada hubungan bermakna (P<0,05); penerapan pilar I dan
pilar IV sebelum dan setelah pelatihan MPKP terdapat perbedaan di setiap element ( pvalue: 0,000). Hasil coefisien regresi diperoleh
variabel pre, usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, lama kerja pada pilar I R Square=0,624 dan pilar IV R Square = 0,725 artinya berkontribusi
mempengaruhi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan MPKP pada semua kepala ruang, katim dan perawat pelaksanaan sosialisasi
atau update terkini penerapan MPKP secara kontinue oleh RS.

Abstract
Nursing Professional Practice Models was one of the attempts to increase the quality of a hospital in nursing services to minimalize
the occurrence of error or negligence. PPM was a system (structure, process, and professional values) which would be possible for
professional nurses to manage it. This research was aimed to analyze the effect of PPM towards the implementation of element I Management
Approach and Element IV Nurse’s Nursing Care Delivery System in X Hospital of Kotamobagu. The analysis used quantitative study with a
design which was a one group pre-test post-test design pre-experiment. The models in this research were 75 respondents. The results of the
research showed that in the implementation of element I Management Approach (planning, organizing, directing, controlling elements) and
element IV nursing care delivery system (assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, performance, evaluation, nursing records elements),
before and after the PPM training, there was a difference; Connection of Element I between age (pvalue: 0,032), education (pvalue: 0,000),
length of working (pvalue: 0,042) proved that there was a significant connection (p <0,05) while gender (pvalue: 0,195) proved that there
was no significant connection (p >0,05); Connection of Element IV between age (pvalue: 0,71), gender (pvalue: 0,316), proved that there
was no significant connection (p>0,05) while education (pvalue: 0,020), length of working (pvalue: 0,032) proved that there was significant
connection (p<0,05); The implementation of element I and IV before and after the training of PPM resulted in difference in each element
(pvalue: 0,000); The result of regression coefficient got variables per age, gender, education, length of working in element I R Square=0,624
and element IV R Square=0,725 meant contributing to effect. This research recommended training of Nursing Professional Practice Models
for all heads of departments, team leaders, and nurses, arranging the socialization or updating the newest news about the implementation
of Nursing Professional Practice Models continually by the hospital.
