ACADEMIA Letters The Relationship between Spiritual Leadership and Quality of work life: Applied on Employees of Damietta University Osama Elbayoumy, Mansoura University Abstract Purpose: This study is aimed to determine the correlation between spiritual leadership and The Quality of Work Life and to identify the impact of the dimensions of spiritual leadership on The Quality of Work Life. Methodology: In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire is designed and randomly data have been collected from Employees of Damietta University and they numbered 1265. Sample size is 295, and the valid questionnaires are 230 (77.97% of sample size). To achieve the objectives of the study were tested a set of hypotheses, by relying on a set of statistical methods represented in Pearson correlation coefcient, and regression analysis, using the fol- lowing statistical packages: SPSS for Windows (Version 20), and AMOS Version 20 (Analysis Moment Of Structure). Findings: The study fnd that, There is a positive correlation relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and the dimensions of quality of work life. There is a sig- nifcant efect of vision dimension on Adequate and fair compensation. There is a signifcant efect of Hope/Faith and Altruistic Love on each of the following dimensions of quality of work life: Safe and healthy working conditions, Opportunity for developing using human ca- pacity, Social integration in the work organization, and Work and total life space. There is a signifcant efect of Altruistic Love and vision on Constitutionalism.
